Zdeněk Beránek, who has worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served as Deputy Ambassador in Washington, has been appointed the new Director. After seven years, he replaces Vladimír Bartovic, who has been with the Institute since 1999. Also, current Deputy Director Martin Vokálek will be in a new position as Executive Director.

Novým ředitelem se stává Zdeněk Beránek, který doposud pracoval pro Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí a mimo jiné působil jako zástupce velvyslance ve Washingtonu. Nahrazuje tak po sedmi letech Vladimíra Bartovice, který v institutu působil od roku 1999. Dosavadní zástupce ředitele, Martin Vokálek, který působí v institutu od roku 2016, bude nově zastávat funkci výkonného ředitele.
