ČT24 | Second day of the European Council Summit

Senior Research Fellow Vít Havelka commented and evaluated the European Council Summit on ČT24.

"Hungary has indeed said what has been clear for a long time. The Hungarians areblocked from a  part of the money from European funds for a long time. (...) One of the ways to get access to these funds is simply to make the approval of completely different things, where Hungary's consent is needed, conditional on access to these funds."
