Díky zastropování cen plynu se oběma zemím povedlo dosáhnout toho, že – zjednodušeně řečeno – extrémně vysoká cena plynu nemá vliv na cenu elektřiny. Má to ale i svá úskalí, ke kterým se právě náš expert vyjádřil.
