Vedoucí naší bruselské kanceláře Žiga Faktor napsal report k panelové diskuzi, která se konala hybridní formou v Bruselu. Během panelu řečníci diskutovali o nejnovějším vývoji strategické koncepce NATO a debatě o evropské obranné autonomii. Kromě toho se zaměřili na to, jak tento proces ovlivňuje střední a východní Evropa, zejména země Visegrádské skupiny.
