Účastníci v diskusi zdůraznili současné demografické trendy a jejich sociální důsledky. Diskuse se dotkla také sociálních systémů, flexibilních pracovních příležitostí a tlaků, kterým ženy čelí při slaďování pracovního a soukromého života.
