Během panelu řečníci diskutovali o nejnovějším vývoji strategické koncepce NATO a debatě o evropské obranné autonomii. Kromě toho se zaměřili na to, jak tento proces ovlivňuje střední a východní Evropa, zejména země Visegrádské skupiny.
