Národní konvent o EU: Teritoriální rozměr vnitřního trhu v globální konkurenci

Naši výzkumníci Vít Havelka a Zuzana Kasáková, společně s projektovou manažerkou Kristínou Chlebákovou, vypracovali podkladový materiál na téma Teritoriální rozměr vnitřního trhu v globální konkurenci. Odpovídají v něm na tři základní otázky: Jaké jsou aktuální trendy mezinárodního obchodu ovlivňující fungování vnitřního trhu EU? Jaké nástroje by měla Evropská unie v obchodní politice využívat a jak v rámci nich vhodně vybalancovat prioritní důraz na volný obchod s akcentem na udržitelnost? Jaká je budoucnost vztahů s evropskými partnery mimo Evropský hospodářský prostor?

POLICY REPORT: The Perspectives of the Czech Automotive Industry’s Decarbonization - an updated review

Michal Hrubý, a research fellow from the EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy, has written a report on the development of the Czech automotive industry with regards to electromobility. In his research, he discusses its current state and possible decarbonisation in relation to transport emissions. The focus is mainly on the market for chargeable electric vehicles and two areas of interest - 1) decarbonisation of the transport sector and 2) maintaining the competitiveness of the Czech automotive industry.

Policy Brief: Responding to China's connectivity agenda in EU's Neighborhood: a Central European perspective

A Policy Brief on the appropriate response of Central European countries to China's expansion in the EU neighbourhood was produced during a study visit to the Brussels office of the Think Visegrad platform. The author of the paper, Jakub Jakóbowski, focuses on the possibilities of engaging Central Europe in the EU's global connectivity agenda, implemented under the Global Gateway initiative. He highlights links with the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership as an indispensable element of Central European connectivity.

Policy Brief: Reakce na čínskou agendu konektivity v sousedství EU: středoevropská perspektiva

V rámci studijního pobytu v bruselské kanceláři platformy Think Visegrad vznikl Policy Brief zabývající se vhodnou reakcí středoevropských zemí na expanzi Číny v sousedství EU. Autor článku, Jakub Jakóbowski, se v textu zaměřuje na možnosti zapojení Střední Evropy do agendy EU v oblasti globální konektivity, realizované v rámci iniciativy Global Gateway. Jako nepostradatelný prvek středoevropské konektivity zdůrazňuje vazby se západním Balkánem a Východním partnerstvím.
