První den mimořádného summitu Evropské unie o podobě příštího rozpočtu dohodu nepřinesl. Lídři členských států přijeli do Bruselu s natolik rozdílnými požadavky, že se to ani neočekávalo. Jednání pokračuje a možná se protáhne do víkendu. Toto jednání komentoval v rozhovoru náš ředitel, Vladimír Bartovic.

Representatives of the Member States of the European Union meet on Thursday, February 20 at the Brussels Summit. The main topic of the negotiations is the discussions on the shape of the future common budget of the Union for the years 2021 to 2027. According to the information to date, there is no consensus between countries on the amount of money the budget will contain or exactly what the money will be used for. Comments on the summit by our director Vladimír Bartovic.

Zástupci členských států Evropské unie se střetli ve čtvrtek 20. února 2020 na summitu v Bruselu. Hlavním tématem jsou rozhovory o podobě budoucího společného rozpočtu Unie na roky 2021 až 2027. Podle dosavadních informací nepanuje mezi jednotlivými státy shoda na tom, jsou sumu peněz bude rozpočet obsahovat, a ani na co přesně budou finance využity. Jednání komentoval náš ředitel Vladimír Bartovic.

TA3: A. Lagazzi on the loss of immunity of the Italian ex-minister Salvini

Former Interior Minister of Italy Matteo Salvini will be stripped of immunity and can be tried. The leader of the far-right League may face up to 15 years imprisonment and up to eight years of ban on political activity. Salvini claims that he is not afraid of the process because he is proud of what he has done during his duties.
