STVR | October 24 marks United Nations Day

United Nations Day has been celebrated since 1945 when the UN Charter came into force. Veronika Novotná, EuropaSecura project coordinator at EUROPEUM Institute, commented for Slovak TV.

There is currently much talk about the need to reform not only the Security Council, but the entire system of international institutions. These were, of course, created in the context of the end of the Second World War and the twentieth century in general, but times have moved on and we live in different realities.
