Milan Urbaník holds a master’s degree in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at University College London. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant, where he researched the role of emotions in wildlife conservation and summarized the literature of behavioural experiments across various topics of sustainability. In his dissertation, he conducted two experiments studying the occurrence of behavioural spillovers between health and pro-environmental behaviours.

During his time at EUROPEUM, he wrote mainly policy papers in the field of education and climate change and the importance of studying human behaviour for the effective design of public policies.
