Kristína serves as the Head of Operations at EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy. Committed to enhancing the institute's operational functions, refining processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams, projects, and activities, this role drives operational excellence. The work supports EUROPEUM’s mission to advance European policy and cooperation, focusing on maximizing efficiency and fostering a collaborative environment.
In her previous role as a Project Manager, Kristína concentrated on citizens´ engagement and educational programmes through the European Union’s Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values (CERV) programmes. She was also responsible for the organization of several editions of the Prague European Summit, overseeing logistics, programming, and eventual overall management to create a platform for vital European discourse.
Kristína’s commitment to civic engagement and education reflects her interest in EU policies, institutions, and economic and trade issues. She is passionate about fostering initiatives that connect citizens to European policy discussions, supporting informed and active civic participation across the EU. She enjoys coffee, reading (sometimes even non-fiction) and travelling.

RevivEU project, carried out by four leading institutions in the V4 countries, looks at the needs, concerns and fears of the V4 citizens in four various EU-related topics. It does so through both quantitative and qualitative research of citizens´ attitudes towards climate change, migration, covid-19 and the rule of law. It also analyses the governmental policies in these four main areas and how the communication of these policies is framed in the public discourse.

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy, in cooperation with the European Parliament office in the Czech Republic, is organising the first Youth Conference in Prague for students at Czech middle schools and universities, which will be part of the activities of the conference on the Future of Europe. The conference aims to provide young people with a platform and opportunities to be part of the Europe-wide discussions on the future of Europe.

The EngagEU (Zapojse.eu) project aims to promote citizens' involvement in the issues of green transformation and post-pandemic recovery of Europe by creating a space for their active participation in an open discussion on key issues for the European Union and the Czech Republic. Through an interactive web-based environment, it offers the general public the opportunity to gain an understanding of the European Parliament, its work and current activities that have an impact on the daily lives of citizens. The project is implemented by EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy and with the support of the European Parliament.

The long-successful format of the Café Evropa debate has been running since 2015. The aim is to mediate discussions on European issues and the position of the Czech Republic in the EU to the general public. The discussing guests of Café Evropa are experts on the issue and representatives of European and Czech institutions. Since 2017, debates have been held not only in Prague but also in the Czech regions.
