We invite you to a public recording of the Café Evropa podcast. Come and discuss twenty years of open Europe with representatives of the generation that has lived most of its life there, as well as those who remember the past regime and the waiting at the borders. What do you remember?

We invite you to the next debate of the Café Evropa series. Come and talk to us about what current european issues are resonating in České Budějovice and how you imagine Europe. Are you interested in nuclear energy, electromobility, euro, local projects supported by the EU, culture or any other european topics?

We invite you to a public recording of the Café Evropa podcast: two years since the invasion: what's next for Ukraine? The recording will take place on Wednesday, 21 February 2024 at 17:30 at Langhans - Kavárna a Centrum Člověka v tísni, Vodičkova 37, Prague.

We would like to invite you to another debate within the Café Evropa series, this time on the topic " Citizen activism in a passive society?". The debate will take place on Friday, 27 October at 12:15 p.m. as part of the Ji.hlava documentary film festival and will take place in the DKO I cinema.

On Wednesday, June 7, a debate took place as part of the Café Evropa cycle, on the topic: "Turkey after the elections, which direction will it go?". The invitation to the debate was accepted by Lucia Najšlová, political scientist and author of the book Turkey and the EU: The Politics of Belonging, as well as by Deník N journalist Dominika Píhová and Břetislav Tureček, head of the Center for Middle East Studies at the Metropolitan University in Prague. The debate was moderated by Žiga Faktor, the head of the Brussels office of the EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy.

We cordially invite you to the next debate in the Café Evropa online series, this time on the topic "What does the EU do for the rights and protection of LGBT+ people?". The debate will take place on Wednesday 9 August.

As part of the programme of the World of Books festival, which took place on 11 May at the Prague Exhibition Grounds, there was also a Café Evropa debate on: Artificial Intelligence: opportunity or threat?

Within the programme of the Europe Day festival, which took place on 5 May on Střelecký ostrov, there was also a special Café Evropa debate on the topic Crazy and young science in the Czech Republic - something to be proud of.

We cordially invite you to the next debate in the Café Evropa online series, this time on the topic "Turkey after the elections - what direction will Turkey take?". The debate will take place on Wednesday 7 June.

As part of the Café Evropa debate series, a debate was held on the topic The future of energy in the Czech Republic - how to further reduce dependence on fossil fuels? Is the Czech Republic succeeding in diversifying its resources and reducing its dependence on fossil fuels? Will the Czech Republic be energy independent from other countries if it moves away from coal? We would like to invite you to another debate within the Café Evropa series, this time on the topic "Crazy and young science in the Czech Republic - we have something to be proud of".The debate will take place within the programme of the Europe Day festival and will take place on the main stage on Střelecký ostrov. The event will not be broadcast online.
