The project focuses on strengthening civil society organizations in Serbia towards more successful advocacy and enhanced participation in policymaking within the area of green transformation with a particular focus on coal phase-out. The project will create a platform for discussion between CSOs and relevant Serbian state institutions on alignment with EU climate goals and goals set by the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans. Furthermore, the project will enable the transfer of know-how between V4 countries and Serbia on decarbonization, including the role of the CSOs in the process.
