TV Nova | European support of Israel in the context of the current crisis

The current visit of the prime minister Fiala in Israel is a clear indicator of the czech support, but what is the situation like in other EU countries? A day before the European council summit our executive director Martin Vokálek commented on the european stand on the Israeli crisis and providing humanitarian aid in an interview with TV Nova.
25. October 2023

"There really is a humanitarian crisis and its crucial and important to distinguish that we cannot say that it's either Palestine or Israel. We have to say that Israel has been attacked by Hamas and Hamas has to be suppressed and fought against. But at the same time, there are about two milions of people trapped on the Palestinian territory, and these people need humanitarian aid, including the aid from the EU."

You can listen to the full interview here (from about 18:46).
