The director of our institute Vladimír Bartovic was a guest of the TA3 television broadcast focusing on the new European budget proposal which has been blocked by Hungary and Poland.
23. November 2020

Hungary and Poland are blocking the proposal of the new European budget due to the rule of law clause. This rejection does not threaten the relations among V4 countries, however, it points out the differences within the group. If the consensus is not reached quickly, the EU will have to work under a provisional budget.
