RTVS: The number of immigrants being successful in appeals and getting the asylum is on the rise

Our Christian Kvorning Lassen explained for Slovak RTVS why is almost every fourth appeal against the ruling of the immigration office successful.

The number of asylum seekers is really high, therefore it is not easy to find a certified interpreter, sometimes even less the job is done by someone with unsufficient competency. The problem is same in Denmark. When people appeal to a higher court, the court will provide them with certified interpreter and a lot of the are eventually successful. Germany is the same story, the are flooded with asylum applications.
