Právo | Macron’s attempt is Europe’s best shot

In Paris, Macron tried to push the idea of a peacekeeping military mission in Ukraine to monitor compliance with the terms of a ceasefire - if one can be negotiated. This may seem like putting the cart before the horse. However, it is an attempt, admittedly a somewhat desperate one, to show the Americans that they need the Europeans and must therefore provide them a seat at the negotiating table.
