iDNES.cz: The Czech Presidency will be a voyage in rough waters

Our senior research fellow Vít Havelka provided an analysis of the future progress of the Czech EU Presidency, which the Czech Republic will take over from France. The Czechs will have the opportunity to show that they are good negotiators who can bring the EU together. According to Havelka, we have the skills to do so and the benchmarks for success are already clear.
