Our Nelly Tomčíková, focusing on EU- Russian relationship, commented for EurActiv.cz on the reaction of the Union states to the Skripal case.

I belive that if the members states of EU wanted to undertake similar actions as the UK did as an act of solidarity, meaning the expulsion of Russian diplomats, they would have already done so.
