The ANO political movement will withdraw from the liberal Renew Europe faction in the European Parliament, as it says it cannot promote the programme it went into the European elections with. Viktor Daněk, deputy director of the EUROPEUM Institute, commented on this.

If you look at the programme of the ANO movement and the Renewing Europe programme, these two programmes are in complete opposition on any key issue. From my point of view, it is not at all surprising that the ANO movement has decided to leave this political party, because they really only agree on a minimum of issues.
