INVITATION | TAPF: Taking Stock of Transatlantic Relations
To date, the United States and Europe have been able to maintain robust consensus on and unity in their approach to Russia’s war in Ukraine, one of the biggest geopolitical issues of the day. However, with the approach of the 2024 Presidential elections in the United States, political campaigns and policy commitments are likely to be shaped by various factors, including economic considerations, energy security, migration issues, and climate challenges.
This discussion examines how the Transatlantic relationship can navigate potential impediments, address urgent challenges currently facing the alliance, and foster enhanced collaboration among these democratic partners in the period leading up to 2024.
