The Think-Tank Think Visegrad published a report on the anniversary of the Visegrad Four, its future and its role in the EU. The conference took place on November 22, 2021. Speakers discussed, among other things, the perspectives of the Visegrad countries at the conference and what the future of the Visegrad is.

A Policy Brief on the future of natural gas in the European Union was produced during a study visit to the Brussels office of Think Visegrad. The author of the brief, Agata Łoskot-Strachota, focuses on the current market crisis, which has raised questions about the role of gas in the decarbonisation process, as well as the cost and security of supply, and highlights the need for a common gas strategy that is in line with the objectives of the Green Deal, but also responds to short-term challenges.

In his policy paper "New START Treaty – State, future and implications for the EU and V4", written in cooperation with the Think Visegrad think tank, Juraj Sýkora, a Junior Researcher at SFPA, analyses the current state of nuclear arms control, the New START Treaty, what it contains and who it concerns. The policy paper also analyses the prospects until 2026, when the extension of the Treaty expires.

In her policy paper "Terrorism, Cryptocurrencies and the EU Response", written under the project Think Visegrad in Brussels, Asya Metodieva, a research fellow at the Institute of International Relations Prague, writes about what terrorists use cryptocurrencies for, assesses ongoing regulatory initiatives at the EU level, and last but not least, examines how the Visegrad Four (V4) countries view cryptocurrencies in relation to terrorism-related threats at the level of national level.
