Hugo Blewett-Mundy is a non-resident associate research fellow at EUROPEUM Institute. He specializes in Russia, Eastern Europe, and foreign policy. Hugo also writes regularly about Eastern European affairs and his articles have appeared in EUobserver, The Hill, and the Center for European Policy Analysis. He holds a B.A. in Politics and Central and East European Studies from the University of Glasgow and a M.A. in Russian and Post-Soviet Politics from the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies in London.
