Invitation: presentation of the study "Czech automotive industry in the process of change"

We would like to invite you to the presentation of the study on "Czech automotive industry in the process of change" with the participation of representatives of Boston Consulting Group, AutoSAP, EUROPEUM and LEEF Technologies. On Monday 13 June 2022 from 9.00-11.30.

The development of electromobility will not negatively affect the total number of jobs in the automotive industry, but it will mean a restructuring of jobs in the whole sector. Successfully managing this process will require a proactive approach from both government and industry. The BCG study describes in several scenarios what the transformation might look like. It draws on local, European and global historical data and projections. It shows in which sub-segments and to what extent jobs can be expected to fall and in which they can be expected to rise. It covers the topic of battery production as well as the building of recharging infrastructure. It aims to stimulate steps towards a managed transformation of the automotive industry in order to avoid unnecessary losses and maintain the country's competitiveness.
