INVITATION: Café Evropa online: EU – African cooperation: How is the European position developing on the African continent?

The EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy kindly invites you to another online debate from the Café Evropa series, which will focus on relations between the EU and Africa. The debate is organized by the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic and the EUROPEUM cooperation with Europe Direct Czech Republic and Eurocentrum Prague. The media partner of the debate is Deník.cz. The debate will take place on Thursday 20 May at 5.30 pm on the Facebook Café Evropa and will be held in Czech language only.

The debate will be joined be the following guests:

• Jana Hybášková, Ambassador and Authorised Representative for the EU institutions, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic
• Soňa Jarošová, Journalist based in West Africa
• Vojtěch Šmolík, Africanist, Faculty of Arts, University of Hradec Králové

The debate will be moderated by Martin Vokálek, EUROPEUM.
