Global Go To Think Tank Index 2019: EUROPEUM is the best Czech think-tank for the third time in a row

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy was ranked as the best think-tank in the Czech Republic for the third time in a row. This year, we've been ranked as the second-best think tank in CEE!

Our 2019 ranking in all categories:

• 2nd in Top Think Tanks in Central and Eastern Europe 
• 50th in Top Foreign Policy and International Affairs 
• 119th in Top Defense and National Security
• 123th in Top Think Tanks Worldwide (Non-U.S.)
• 119th in Top Think Tanks Worldwide (U.S. and non-U.S.)

Global Go To Think Tank Index is published annually by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) of Pennsylvania University. It ranks leading think-tanks from all around the world. Their year-round work is rated by a wide scope of criterion and the follow-up ranking is sorted by both regions and areas of focus.

The presentation of the results of this year's Go To Think Tank Index took place on January 30 of 2020 in New York, Washington D.C. and more than 140 locations around the world. 

Over 8000 think-tanks were evaluated for the index. Therefore, we are more than honoured to be rated 119th worldwide and 2nd in the CEE region, where we moved one place up.

These results mean both commitment and motivation for us. We hope we'll build on these successes in both areas of our focus - creating space for both public and expert debate and presenting the results of our research.
