Our Martin Michelot commented for La Croix on the topic of differences in the attitude of Brussels towards Warsaw and Budapest, on the differences in the constitution made in Hungary that were not possible in Poland due to ideological stubbornness. 

It is necessary that brussels uses more sophisticated and a wider range of tools, because the current way has no way out. What worries the EU most is that the lack of independence of the Polish Constitutional Council will not allow for the application of European law.
