In my opinion, Michel Barnier, the EU Chief Negotiator for Brexit, is fully prepared for coordinating the negotiations. The Brexit team includes members from a wide range of highly experienced and qualified pool of experts, one of whom was not a party to the trade negotiations with Switzerland. The team is geographically balanced, since both old and new EU member state delegates are equally present in the team.
