Global Go To Think Tank Index, annually presented by the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) of the University of Pennsylvania, is a global ranking of world leading think-tanks. The Index is designed to evaluate the year-round performance of think-tanks all around the world based on 28 criteria.
