WP Wiadomości: François Fillon as a French republican primaries favourite

Polish WP Wiadomości spoke to our Deputy Director Martin Michelot about the results of Sunday primaries' first round, drawing closer the decision on who will be representing the right-wing conservative Les Républicains in the French presidential race.

Martin Michelot talked the prospects of the two republican candidates that qualified to the second round of republican primaries (François Fillon and Alain Juppé), socially conservative stands of the former who is often seen as a favourite for the republican nomination, his attitude towards Russia but also towards Marine Le Pen who might easily become Fillon’s final opponent in the presidential election.
