European Commission President Juncker, in collaboration with the presidents of the Euro Summit, the Eurogroup, the European Central Bank and the European Parliament, has published the "Five-Presidents Report." The aim of the report is to prepare a road map for the completion of the EMU, a plan involving tighter control from Brussels while stressing that completion of the financial union is a foremost “means to create a better life for all citizens.”
