Whether it's the war in Ukraine, China's assertive international activities, or the election of Donald Trump, the new Commission is taking office at an extraordinarily complex time. However, it is stepping into this role having already accomplished a great deal. It is expected that it will not be as legislatively active in the upcoming period. Whether in migration or climate policy, the legislative direction has been set, and the Commission will now focus on implementation. A key task will be to concentrate on the economy, with Draghi's report playing a crucial role in this effort.
