This weekend's European Parliament elections will strongly influence the EU agenda for almost the rest of the decade. In particular, the future fate of Green Deal is of great curiosity. After the frenetic green activity of the last five years, the political winds are turning and the appetite for tackling climate change is waning. We've wasted a lot of time debating that we're going to ruin the industry with a green transition. And today we see that China and the United States are the furthest behind in green technology. Solar panel manufacturing used to exist in the EU, but today it has virtually gone to China. The same applies to the electric cars.
