In this podcast, Tereza Novotna discusses the upcoming summits with presidents D. Trump and Moon Jae-in as well as Europe's role in the potential denuclearisation talks.

The European Union is an example of unification with enlargement possibilities to the western balkans, and on the other hand it is an example of disunification, seeing as Britain is leaving. However, if one is to look for unification models, the EU is a good one to consider.

As illustrated by the example of Czech Republic and Slovakia, dissolution does not necessarily mean bad blood. Both countries are part of the EU now, and their relationship is better then ever. 

Important roles are not reserved for masses of people when it comes to major political turning points. Individuals can contribute as well, as can be seen on the German unification example.

EU military around the world is focused on peace keeping and civilian aid, there is no consideration for an EU mission in the Korean peninsula. The EU would be strongly opposed to this eventuality, also because of the Iranian experience from the past
