The settlement of disputes comes from independent bodies such as the European Court of Justice, which should take up the question of the rule of law and the proper use of European funds.
In Hungary and Poland, we may have already gone too far to repair some of the abuses that have been committed, but we must try to correct the mistakes of the European construction to prevent future attacks on the rule of law
