INVITATION: Quo Vadis Eastern Partnership? A Retrospective Look Into The Future

We would like to invite you to the conference titled ''Quo Vadis Eastern Partnership? A Retrospective Look Into The Future'' which will take place on November 23, 2017.

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy co-organizes the conference called ''Quo Vadis Eastern Partnership? A Retrospective Look Into The Future" and would like to invite you to participate.
The event will take place on Thursday, 23 November 2017 from 13.30 till 18.00 at the European Endowment For Democracy (Rue de la Loi 34, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium).

Opening remarks will be given by:

  • Jerzy Pomianowski, European Endowment For Democracy 
  • Natalia Yerashevich, Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum 
  • Zuzana Stuchlikova, EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy /Think Visegrad Platform
Discussions wil be divided into two parts:
  • Panel 1: Assessing policy performance: ...the Eastern Partnership on the eve of the Brussels summit
  • Panel 2: Eastern Partnership quo vadis? Expectations and recommendations for the next steps​
The conference will critically assess the achievements of the Eastern Partnership policy, the effectiveness of its existing toolbox and whether it has brought about real change on the ground. Speakers will also look ahead to the Brussels Eastern Partnership summit and beyond and offer recommendations for calibrating the EU’s policy to tackle better the emerging trends and challenges in the region.
