Whatever the uncertainties surrounding the future departure of the UK, there is a need to discuss how EU member states and the UK will structure their future security and defense relationship. How do Central European countries perceive the importance of the engagement of the UK in the instruments that are high on the European agenda, such as the European Defense Fund or Permanent Structured Cooperation? Shall these countries think of increased cooperation outside of the EU structures, whether within NATO or other new formats?
